Any person, business, or organization that pays the one-time Life Membership payment will be considered a life member and will not be obliged to pay the association’s annual or subsequent dues. However, for the purpose of transferring a life membership upon the death of a life member, the membership shall be considered as a regular membership, requiring payment of an annual fee. If Life Members also meet the requirements for Prime Membership, they will also be eligible to vote and run for office
